RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with all of the original Couture and designer tags attached. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bag, or leather tags must be included, in original condition. Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, swim accessories, jewelry, and all other accessories are a final sale and may not be returned.A store credit will be issued for all returns. Shipping charges will be deducted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.   Couture is not responsible for any refunds on purchases a family member makes without the credit card holder’s consent.  

How do I make a return?
All returns, including gifts, must be authorized by Couture and assigned an RA (Return Authorization) number.
Please email returns@fredsegalcouture.com to obtain an RA number.

Items sent back without an RA number will be returned to the sender. Please keep the tracking information for your records.Returns are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Returns received on a weekday after 12:00pm PST, weekend, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
